I know vew people have a knowledge of HIV in my country, I am feeling my fear to spread this diseases a mong our youth because our people doesnt understand the effects of this disease,since they are litrate or simi illitrate, and dont have awwarness. most of the youth they have sex with their friends with out using condom. they say we have areligion and the diseases is only effected by those dont have a religion.Our girls are the victims of FGM circumisation.

I am very to share my ideas with the world I am in acountry it s people deny the effects of HIV virus my people dont believe that this virus is killer, the lack of country health system and the less of awwarness rate are the key challanges we have in our country somalia. the country has no strong government since rape,drug ussers are full of.
it is in alert position if the world doesnt educate the hundered thousands of youth in my country and the other millions around my contitinent.my message is to request from the world to make safety in our lives.
